Day Three in the Road Ahead Theatre will feature a special session led by George Haywood, Workshop Manager at TIP Group , on Thursday, April 25th. George will delve into the crucial topic of People and Competencies, setting the stage for the 'Gen Z Zone' that follows.

Following this,  Sukky Choongh, Environmental Policy Manager,SMMT, and Robin Bates, Membership, Registration, and Professional Standards Lead of SOE, will moderate a two-hour session showcasing two young talents making their mark in the logistics industry. The agenda includes discussions on navigating the transition from college to employment in road transport and the utilisation of virtual reality to enhance the transport professional experience.

With insights relevant to both young talent and employers, this session promises to be enlightening and empowering.
