Join the IRTE Wiltshire and Brunel Centres for a coach trip to the Road Transport Expo (RTX) 2026 at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. 

Recognised as one of the UK's leading road transport industry events, RTX brings together vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, workshop specialists, fleet operators and transport professionals for a day of networking, innovation and industry insight. 

Travelling by luxury coach, attendees will have over six hours at the exhibition to explore the latest commercial vehicle technology, engineering developments, products and services from across the sector. 

Coach Travel 

The coach will depart from Westbury, Wiltshire, with additional pick-up points available along the route, including: 

  • Westbury (BA13 4JN) 
  • Melksham 
  • Chippenham 
  • Draycott Cerne (SN15 5LH) 
  • Malmesbury 
  • Cirencester 

Final departure times and the confirmed itinerary will be provided following registration. 

The coach is expected to arrive at RTX Stoneleigh (CV8 2LH) at approximately 10:00, with departure from the show at around 16:30. 

Cost

Students and apprentices: Free of charge 

In support of the charitable aims of the IRTE and to encourage the next generation of transport professionals, coach travel is free for students and apprentices undertaking vehicle-related studies or training. 

Please note that attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in accordance with RTX event requirements. 

All other attendees: A small voluntary contribution towards the cost of coach hire is requested. 

RTX 2026 Admission 

Admission to RTX 2026 is free of charge; however, attendees must register for their exhibition ticket in advance.
