Members’ firms to contribute to panel discussions

28th Sep 2018

Maintec

At the Maintec show at the NEC in Birmingham this November, SOE has been asked to invite its members to join the reliability dialogue panels.
The panel will include a three-minute presentation and an open 10-15-minute Q&A session, with questions taken from the floor or from those submitted by readers of the supporting publications.

The panels give members a chance to speak about the expertise of their company in a professional environment, providing an ideal platform to reach industry decision-makers.

On Tuesday November 6, the topics are: Rail & Transport; From Conditioning Monitoring to Predictive Maintenance; Asset Maintenance Strategies; Energy Utilities.

The subjects on Wednesday November 7 are: The Digital Factory; Gathering and Managing Data; Remote Measurement; Maintenance with Robots. There will be a round table discussion to complete the schedule on Wednesday.

EMEX

The EMEX show, which takes place at ExCel London on November 21-22 is offering a similar proposal, as SOE members are encouraged to present case studies and products.

Organisers are looking for anyone willing to share their stories of energy efficiency measures or cutting energy use and emissions, as part of speaker programme. Again, further CPD opportunities are available at the event.

Submissions for presentations are encouraged under any of the following four themes: Knowledge, Skills and Experience; Sustainability and Climate Change; Facilities, Technology and Innovation; Renewables, Supply and Storage.

For more information on either of these shows, or to nominate yourself for one of the sessions, email: events@soe.org.uk.
