Newly elected IPlantE council members

The SOE AGM took place at the SOE head office in London and featured new President Howard Seymour's inauguration. Howard gave a Presidential address to mark the beginning of his time in office and gave a detailed brief of his intended strategy. The AGM also served to introduce the other eight elected board members.
