Burns supper

3rd Apr 2014
Scottish Ayrshire

The Scottish Ayrshire Centre recently hosted its 16th annual Burns supper in style at the usual venue, The Dreghorn Bowling Club, which has welcomed and supported the centre over the years.

Once again this event was a sell-out and was enjoyed by all who attended, with plenty of good spirit to go around. During the night the guests were entertained by resident Piper Mr William Hannagh and Mr Billy Steel accompanied with his trusted cronies from the Robert Burns Society.

Centre chair Colin Mason, thanked the top table and intimated recognition for past chairs and absent friends who could no longer be with us.

The Centre’s special thanks go to the Ladies of the Dreghorn Bowling Club, The Dreghorn Bowling Club Chair, committee and bar staff, Mr William Hannagh, Mr Billy Steel and his cronies, all who helped to make the night a success, and Western Commercials for their continued support.
