SOE Professional Standards Manager Paul Bayly visited the Ireland Munster Centre recently, to discuss ways to increase the Centres appeal to the areas road transport engineering professionals. Paul also provided delegates with a presentation on the IRTEs voluntary technician licensing scheme, irtec.
