A healthy turnout of Engineer Surveyors attended a Lecture on 17 November, at the regular London venue of Swedenborg Hall, by Dennis Major, National Business Development Manager, Wittur Ltd. The company describes itself as the world's leading independent supplier of components for the lift industry. Dennisâ subject was 'The UCM solution'.

The first meeting of the autumn season attracted another high attendance (over fifty Engineer Surveyors and guests) and delegates were fortunate to hear from John Graham, Principal Engineer with Zurich Engineering, who spoke about vehicle lifting tables.
