MAN Apprentice Awards 2010

SOE Industry Partner MAN Truck & Bus UK recently held its annual apprentice awards at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham.

Society President Chris Grime led a team from SOE to congratulate the apprentices on their dedication and success. He said: “As SOE President, and as an engineer, it gives me great pleasure to see so many new and committed engineering professionals receive recognition for their hard work up to this point. I congratulate each apprentice for their effort, and welcome them to a dynamic, evolving and vital industry.”

MAN apprentices from all over the country attended the ceremony, and enjoyed a polished event in keeping with their achievements.

Chris Grime added: “On behalf of the SOE, I also thank MAN Truck & Bus for realising the importance of apprenticeships, by consistently producing high-calibre engineers and demonstrating, through events such as this, industry’s respect and dedication to apprentices.”
