Halfords Trade Card Terms and Conditions
By applying for and using your Halfords trade card (the "Card"), you agree to the following conditions:

  1. The Card is not a payment or credit card.
  2. The scheme applies to car parts, oils, body repair, workshop manuals and Halfords hand tools, metal tool chests and cabinets (the "Relevant Goods").
  3. The presentation of the Card will entitle you to purchase any of the Relevant Goods at Halfords' trade price.
  4. You must present the card at the till before the transaction begins in order to obtain the trade prices.
  5. If ordering by phone then Card details must be given prior to receiving the quote.
  6. The Card is for use by authorised signature only.
  7. This Card may not be used in conjunction with any current in store discount, promotional offer or voucher.
  8. The prices offered (subject to paragraph 10) are non-negotiable.
  9. Price Promise: if you can buy the same product cheaper within 7 days and within 20 miles of the store, we’ll match the price. Excludes the internet and mail order. The customer will need to provide evidence of the alternative price.
  10. Refunds will only be available at the original trade price paid by you. If you would like to return any unused item in resaleable condition, we will happily refund or exchange it within 28 days of purchase. All we ask is that you bring your proof of purchase. This does not apply to special orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  11. If the Card is lost or stolen, the store manager must be informed immediately. A replacement card will be issued.
  12. Halfords reserve the right to withdraw the Cards and/or alter or terminate the scheme.
  13. If the terms and conditions change or if we terminate the scheme customers will be notified when they visit or contact the car parts desk at Halfords’ stores.
  14. The Card remains the property of Halfords Ltd and you agree that you will not tamper with or in any way deface the Card.
