New chair for South Africa

Mr Davies, formally Managing Director of ERF South Africa and a member of ERF UK Holdings Board, as well as an employee of ERF for 43 years, is now officially retired and lives with his wife in Bedfordview, near Johannesburg. However, never one to sit at home, Mr Davies still acts as a consultant to ZF, South Africa (Pty) ltd and is involved in the Gauteng – Rea Vaya Bus Rapid Transit Project (BRT). In addition, he is also a technical correspondent for South Africa Truck & Bus magazine.

Mr Davies is originally from Dyfed, South Wales, and has lived in South Africa since January 1975.
