Mentoring is a process that enables individuals to achieve their full professional potential through guidance from more experienced colleagues.
We want members to have access to personal professional advice and have secured a number of mentors who are available to help you.
If you are looking for a mentor to assist you towards registration with the Engineering Council, please contact Claire Collins, Professional Standards Co-ordinator via email on claire.collins@soe.org.uk.
SOE also have mentors listed that provide career and industry guidance and advice through their wealth of sector specific knowledge and experience and will be happy to hear from fellow members.
